Reminders don't arrive
Open Settings on your iPhone, then Notifications, then Say When. Turn on Allow Notifications and Time Sensitive Notifications. If Focus is on, add Say When to its allowed apps.
Apple Health shows no medicines
Say When can only read medicines you've added in the Health app's Medications section. Add them there, then try again.
A label won't read
Move to good light, hold the bottle steady, and turn it slowly so the whole label passes the camera. You can always type the medicine instead.
My Watch doesn't match my iPhone
Keep your iPhone nearby with Bluetooth on. The Watch catches up when it's back in reach of your iPhone.

Say When gives no medical advice. Ask your pharmacist or doctor. In an emergency, call 911.
